Relax Kids sessions teach proven mindfulness and relaxation techniques giving children valuable tools to support their emotional health and wellbeing.
Relax Kids sessions are creative and fun and include movement , games, stretching, self/peer massage, breathing, positive affirmations and story visualisations in order for children to practice being in the moment, calming their bodies and minds, relax and build self-esteem.
Relax Kids sessions have been shown to help children improve concentration and self-regulation and gain confidence and emotional resilience.
Sessions can be provided one to one or in a group.
