Well-being Workshops

Looking after your own well being is so important especailly when we are looking after others.

I have designed these well being sessions and workshops to help top up professioanls working in the caring professions.

​

Space to connect, reignite your passion, and find out what is calming for your body, mind and soul.

​

Drawing on techniques from meditaion, mindfulness, and proven body based techniques such as breath work this will give you some well deserved time out.

​

You will take away strategies and tools for reducing and managing anxiety and stress .

So needed in these times.

 

2 hour work shops or weekly sessions for staff workplace teams or school inset days.
